Sr. Merchandiser

Looking for, Senior Merchandiser For hand embroidery export house.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in merchandising, deep knowledge of embroidery and textiles, and experience leading projects in the textiles, garments, or accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end merchandising for embroidery projects, from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with different departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Use your in-depth knowledge of embroidery materials, techniques, and processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Lead assigned projects, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project timelines to ensure deadlines are met and milestones are achieved.
• Work closely with the Buying, Sourcing, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of embroidery designs and processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience of 5-7years in merchandising, preferably within the hand embroidery industry.
• Strong expertise in embroidery materials, techniques, and processes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide teams and manage timelines effectively.
• A passion for quality and an eye for detail in product development.
• Excellent Communication Skill

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
