  • Track metrology and inspection projects and report status.

  • Mentor Metrology Technicians and engineers; contribute to the skill matrix and training plans.

  • Perform other functions as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, quality, or a related discipline

  • 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience using programmable contact and non-contact metrology equipment (laser radars, laser trackers, CMMs, ATOS scan boxes, portable arms).

  • Working toward advanced skills in dimensional analysis packages such as PolyWorks and PiWeb.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T.

  • Experience with Zeiss Inspect (GOM) and Caligo software.

  • Experience with CATIA or similar CAD software.

  • Manufacturing or assembly experience in one or more of: automotive stamping, body in white (BIW) assemblies and subassemblies, drivetrain castings and gears, battery modules.

  • Results-driven with a quality mindset; strong analytical skills.
