Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Network Engineer with strong expertise in switching and routing technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level network infrastructure with a focus on high availability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Skills :

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

• Manage and optimize LAN, WAN, and data center networks.

• Deploy and support routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.

• Configure and manage Layer 2/3 switches and routers (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent).

• Implement VLANs, trunking, and network segmentation.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools.

• Participate in capacity planning and scalability initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture and security.

• Maintain network documentation and topology diagrams.

• Perform upgrades, patches, and scheduled maintenance with minimal downtime.

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

• Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.

• Strong expertise in LAN/WAN technologies.

• Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.

• Knowledge of high availability and failover solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
