Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Order Entry Processor to oversee daily order entry operations, support and develop team members, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who meets performance targets, builds strong working relationships, and has participated in or been exposed to AI implementations or AI-supported workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workloads, set priorities, and help the team meet order volume, accuracy, turnaround-time, and service targets.
• Review order entry work for quality and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and escalated issues.
• Coach and train team members, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive, accountable team environment.
• Partner with customer service, sales, operations, and other teams to address order-related questions and improve processes.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to workflows and team productivity.
• Support the rollout of AI-assisted tools or workflows by participating in testing, documenting procedures, gathering team feedback, and helping colleagues adopt new processes.
• Ensure AI-generated or automated outputs are reviewed as appropriate for accuracy, customer requirements, and company policies.

Requirments Qualification

• Experience in order entry, order processing, or a related operations role.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a team.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience participating in, supporting, or working alongside an AI implementation or AI-enabled workflow. Technical AI development experience is not required.
• Comfort using order management systems, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
