Sr. Officer - Commercial

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Officer - Commercial to manage commercial operations, pricing coordination, order processing, and coordination between sales, finance, and supply chain teams.

What youll do

• Handle end-to-end commercial activities including order processing and documentation
• Prepare and manage quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution
• Ensure timely processing of customer orders and delivery follow-ups
• Maintain commercial records, contracts, and related documentation
• Support invoice verification and coordination with finance/accounts team
• Prepare MIS reports related to sales, orders, and commercial performance

What were looking for

• Graduate / B.Com / MBA (Finance / Marketing / Supply Chain / Business Administration)
• 6-8 years of experience in Commercial Operations
• Strong understanding of commercial operations and order management
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ERP system knowledge (preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
