Job Title– Sr. Purchase Executive

Role Overview:- We are looking for a mid-level Purchase Executive with experience of 5 years in flexible packaging and chemicals.

This is a full-time onsite role at our Wazirpur facility, requiring close coordination with vendors, production, and stores to ensure uninterrupted procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

● Source and procure raw materials, chemicals, and packaging materials as per production requirements.

● Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.

● Maintain vendor relationships and develop new supplier networks for competitive advantage.

● Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store and production teams for timely replenishment.

● Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

● Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and maintain accurate procurement records.

● Track market trends in chemicals and packaging materials to optimize purchase strategies.

● Collaborate with finance for payment follow-ups and resolve vendor queries. Desired Candidate Profile

● Education: Graduate in B.Tech or any Engineering degree

● Experience: 5 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in flexible packaging or chemical industry.

● Hands-on experience in sourcing from China.

● Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

● Knowledge of procurement processes, GST/compliance, and ERP systems.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
