(Sr.) Operation Manager/ Director - Native Chinese speaker

Working Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Manage and control the operations including the functions such as Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Equipment to meet agreed quality, performance and production targets within planned levels of cost.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop recommendations, achieve agreements and implement Operations Strategies to achieve the company’s vision in the long term.

• Develop, gain agreement for, and implement short and medium term plans for operations to meet the objectives of the business.

• Ensure that all levels of staff are recruited, developed, and motivated to maintain and improve business performance.

• Ensure production meet the customer quality standard and confirm to agreed delivery schedules.

• Ensures maximum efficiency and productivity of production facility.

• Control and co-ordinate the production activities to achieve company targets.

• Ensure that the organization's procedures and standards are adhered to when carrying out maintenance.

• Co-operate with other departments to ensure that the throughput meet requirements of both customers and organization.

• Drive to continuously improve company operations competences.

• Perform other related functions assigned or as they become apparent or as management assigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in science and technology related field.

• At least 8 years' Operations management experiences in multi electronics company and familiar with connector or 3C industry.

• Experience in successfully transitioning AI servers, data centers, or high-speed backplane interconnect products to mass production is preferred.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Mature, dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good analytical skills, skillful in trouble shooting, and able to work independently.

• Chinese speaker. Fluent in spoken and written English.
