Job Summary

Operate high-precision CNC Milling and/or CNC Die Sinker EDM machines for manufacturing injection mold components as per drawing, process standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Milling (VMC) and/or CNC Die Sinker EDM machines for mold components
• Load programs, perform machine setup, and change tools/electrodes as required
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish during machining
• Carry out basic in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Indicator
• Follow work instructions, safety norms, and 5S practices
• Coordinate with Programming, Quality, and Production teams for corrections
• Maintain machine cleanliness and proper handling of tools and fixtures
• Support production targets and delivery timelines
