Job description:

**Contract Type: 1 Year Contract

Job Responsibilities**

• Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
• Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
• Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
• Makes appointments for follow-up patients
• Assist with doctors' requests
• Assists patient with Medisave application
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Managers and Senior Executives

Job Requirements

• GCE 'N' Level and above
• At least 3 years of direct frontline customers' service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
