• Do RFQ for new project including standard time & Investment.
• Design or update product assembly process including workstation arrangement and layout.
• Prepare document of Work Instruction, Flow chart and PFMEA etc.
• Set up product standard time.
• Evaluate process capability like GR&R and validation.
• Prepare a process improvement report like line balance kaizen & material flow.
• Implement process improvement like line balance kaizen & material flow.
• Follow up other jobs like customer audit or quality solutions.
• PCR management. Required：
• System knowledge of IE 7 tools and lean tools.
• Working Knowledge of Auto CAD, basic knowledge of 3D software like Creo SolidWorks.
• Functional knowledge of BOM, Flow chat, PFEMA, CP and WI.
• Understanding of Home Appliance/electronics device manufacturing process and machine.
• Strong trouble shooting capacity (Fishbone diagram, 5why).
