Sr. PingIdentity Analyst (IAM)

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and professional Sr. PingIdentity Analyst (IAM) , to complete our international working IAM Team to support and develop our access management (AM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Ping Identity solutions and a proven track record of integrating applications into a PING Identity environment. This role will involve technical planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and development for the upcoming IAM demands in our environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for our IdP and IAM systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication and user repositories
• Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pingidentity Tools
• Proven experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML v2.
• Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Knowledge of security, network, AuthN and AuthZ protocols and their best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication in english and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in PingFederate, PingDirectory, or PingID.
• Experience with other IAM and IDM solutions and technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (Azure, AWS, Google).
