Senior Planner

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Planner to support financial and merchandise planning across wholesale, e-commerce, and retail channels. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to build thoughtful plans that support sales growth, profitability, and strong product execution.

What You’ll Do

• Support sales, inventory, assortment, allocation, and demand-planning activities across multiple business channels.
• Develop account, category, and SKU-level plans that align with revenue, margin, and inventory goals.
• Analyze sales, customer, inventory, and market data to identify opportunities and inform planning decisions.
• Partner with Merchandising, Sales, Production, and Accounting to align plans and support execution.
• Assist with open-to-buy, replenishment, markdown, and forecasting processes.
• Build and maintain planning reports, ensuring data accuracy and clear performance tracking.
• Support customer- and channel-specific assortment strategies, including key-account planning.
• Help manage e-commerce and retail planning initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in merchandise planning, financial planning, inventory planning, or a related retail or wholesale function.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
• Understanding of sales, margin, inventory, assortment, and demand-planning fundamentals.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
