Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct resource planning, progress monitoring, and delay analysis to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on project planning best practices to junior engineers.
• Monitor and control project expenses to adhere to budget constraints.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues and ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of project planning principles, including Gantt charts and PERT diagrams.
• Proficiency in Resource Planning, Scheduling, Delay Analysis, Progress Monitoring tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide technical guidance.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
