Sr Power Platform Developer - Infopath

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on
expertise in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and modernizing enterprise applications
using Microsoft Power Platform.
The developer will be responsible for complex Power Platform solutions, with an immediate
focus on stabilizing applications migrated from InfoPath to Power Apps. This role requires
strong skills in development, debugging, SharePoint integration, solution design, ALM, and
problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven applications.
• Build and enhance business process automation using Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex existing Power Apps and Power Automate
  solutions.
• Analyse migrated InfoPath applications, identify root causes, and implement
  redesigns.
• Understand existing InfoPath forms, business rules, validations, workflows, and
  SharePoint dependencies and translate them into modern Power Platform solutions.
• Strongly work with SharePoint Online, including Lists, Libraries, permissions, data
  structures, and Power Platform integrations.
• Design solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise data
  sources.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise
  systems.
• Work with Power Fx, complex formulas, data connections, delegation, error handling,
  security, and application performance optimization.
• Own technical design, data models, application architecture, security, performance,
  and scalability.
• Perform technical analysis, code/design reviews, testing, defect resolution, and
  production stabilization.
• Follow ALM and CI/CD practices using Git and Azure DevOps.
• Develop reusable components and follow Power Platform development standards and
  best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployed applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, security teams, product owners, and
  business stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers when required.
  Required Skills Experience
• 5+ years of overall application development experience, with 3+ years of strong
  hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  o Power Apps Canvas Apps
  o Model-driven Apps
  o Power Automate
  o Microsoft Dataverse
  o SharePoint Online
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and fixing complex or existing Power
  Platform applications.
• Strong understanding of Power Fx, formulas, delegation, data connections, security,
  and performance optimization.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Lists, Libraries, permissions, and Power Apps/Power
  Automate integration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, custom connectors, SQL, and enterprise
  application integration.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to understand existing InfoPath functionality and recreate or redesign it using
  Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience troubleshooting failed migrations,
  functional gaps, performance issues, workflow failures, and integration issues
  Good to Have
• Power Platform governance and CoE experience.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-enabled solutions.
• Power BI knowledge.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale application modernization programs.
• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
