资深产品质量工程师/Sr. PQE

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities & tasks:

• Take the lead of product quality engineer to ensure smoothy manufacturing by robust process quality control
• Involve in the failure analysis return from customer side.
• Ensure correct production process (assembly and testing) in place to manufacture products with high quality;
• Create and maintain relevant production documentations like SOP and checklist, etc
• Conducts root cause investigation into production issues and clarify the responsibility. Lead tasks with production for production manufacture improvements. Coordinate with engineering team for design case. Work efficiently with team in headquarter;
• Use systematic and statistical approach on daily issue and preventive actions;
• Performs training on routine assembly and test methods towards production;
• Support new product introduction or site to site product transfer, lead (P)FMEA activities for new products;
• Internal process and quality system audit to find the potential quality risk in production and products;
• Support to Quality activities in APQP and PPAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major of mechanical/electrical/industrial engineer or other major relevant;
• At least 5 year’s quality/process engineer working experience or above in the manufacturing environment
• Working experiences of machined, casted or plastic is preferred, working experiences of electronic area like sensor, pump and motors is a plus;
• Familiar with manufacturing process of BOM/Drawing;
• Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively;
• A good team-player with hard working, carefulness and accountability.
• Initiative and able to work independently under pressure.
