Position Description

• Provide tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of SIGINT capabilities
• Provide Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) support
• Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
• Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings
• Perform system integration and the development of test plans and procedures
• Perform Data Analysis

Skills Required

• Must hold an active Secret security clearance and be eligible to acquire additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearance in the future.
• Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
• Ability to integrate software and troubleshoot issues for characterization
• Experience with RF and RF/software test environments
• Able to evaluate root cause and timely decision making

Skills Preferred

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
• Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
• Ability to integrate software and knowledge of Linux containers
• RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with RF/SIGINT systems IVV and lab setups
• Experience with Agile development

Experience Required Minimum work experience of 10 years

Experience Preferred Work experience of 15+ years

Education Required Requires a Bachelors in Engineering from an accredited college or university

Education Preferred Master's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Engineering or Computer Science
