Sr Principal Technical Program Manager - Enterprise and Emerging

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Principal Technical Program Manager - Enterprise and Emerging to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive a strategic portfolio of enterprise and emerging initiatives, connecting company priorities to clear execution plans and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery readiness across multiple workstreams. The position calls for someone who can turn ambiguity into action, build trust across the organization, and create the mechanisms needed to translate strategy into impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $229,500 – $299,625 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of a strategic portfolio, linking company priorities to clear plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution across multiple teams, managing risks and dependencies.
• Transform ambiguous challenges into clear operational tasks and priorities.
• Drive impactful market launches and strategic transformations with measurable results.
• Build trust and influence among senior leaders, ensuring effective decision-making.
• Establish mechanisms for planning, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Define and measure business impact using relevant metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management, product leadership, or related fields.
• Experience overseeing multi-team portfolio-level initiatives with sustained impact.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology programs and product launches.
• Strong background in software development practices, Agile methodologies, and delivery readiness.
• Track record of translating business strategies into measurable outcomes for leadership decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior audiences.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
