Sr. Process Associate

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Process Associate to manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure process accuracy, and support the team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day process and operational activities.
• Review and process customer or business-related transactions accurately.
• Ensure all work is completed within defined SLAs and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders for smooth process execution.
• Monitor process quality and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Relevant work experience of 2–5 years preferred.

Pay: ₹303,053.13 - ₹593,392.25 per year
