Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage claims from receipt to payment, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Review medical records, diagnoses, and treatment plans to determine coverage eligibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim discrepancies and optimize revenue cycle management.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the claims process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in medical billing, claims processing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of charge entry, claims adjudication, payment posting, and revenue cycle management principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
