• Grinding / Trimming / CMP工程のプロセス条件確立、設備改善によるプロセス安定化、品質確保
• プロセス／設備両面からのアプローチによる設備間差の縮小化と安定化
• FDC、設備ログなど設備データを用いたプロセス／設備状態の監視手法の確立
• 最適プロセスフローの確立（計測手法の確立も含む）
• Grinding / Trimming / CMPプロセス・装置にかかるコストダウン取組の推進
