Sr. Process Engineer

About the role

Sr. Process Engineer responsible for wafer plating and BGBM process, engineering and sustaining process related activity. The role involves product qualification, process definition, set-up and optimization, process documentation review, audit closure and specs update. You will perform engineering evaluations and documentations needed for the release of process to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• In-charge in wafer plating and BGBM process, engineering and sustaining process related activity
• Responsible in product qualification, process definition, set-up and optimization, process documentation review, audit closure and specs update
• Performs engineering evaluations and documentations needed for the release of process to mass production
• Propose and implement process improvement/yield improvement in terms of quality, machine capability and performance to increase productivity
• Establish production control to ensure that resources requirements is within the approved budget particularly chemicals and usage
• Ensure that the production lines meet and sustain productivity and yield requirements by eliminating causes of variation of 4M's
• Enforcing adherence to established production systems and standards
• Responsible for ensuring the implementation of process requirements/standards through collaboration with other functions to achieve goal
• Determine opportunities for productivity and quality improvements, as well as reduction of cost
• Hold lot management, ensure provision of disposition on timely manner
