Sr. Process Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role focuses on driving process engineering support for large-scale customer projects from sale through execution, with a strong emphasis on client partnership and cross-functional coordination.

The Sr. Process Engineer will work closely with business development, regional sales, and project teams to develop solutions that align with customer needs, budgets, and technical requirements.

The position also plays an important role in presenting value, shaping project concepts, and helping ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sale and execution of large projects with customers
• Collaborate with business development and regional sales to drive growth
• Maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs
• Prepare accurate project estimates and quotes according to customer budgets
• Create and deliver presentations to showcase service value
• Collaborate with the team on project concepts and design feedback
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in the food & beverage industry focusing on client relations and engineering
• Willingness to travel for customer service
• Proven communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects independently
• In-depth understanding of industry trends and regulations
• Self-motivated with a commitment to team collaboration
