Hiring: Senior Procurement Engineer / Senior Procurement Specialist – Construction

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Industry: Residential Towers & Building Construction
Experience: 8–10+ years in the UAE construction industry (Mandatory)
UAE Driving License: Required

We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Professional with proven expertise in managing the complete procurement lifecycle for residential and high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute project procurement plans aligned with construction schedules.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare RFQs, commercial comparisons, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Procure civil, architectural, MEP, finishing materials, plant, equipment, and subcontract packages.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, Commercial, Stores, and Site teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Expedite supplier deliveries and manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
• Monitor procurement budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procurement policies.

Requirements:
✔ 8–10+ years of UAE construction procurement experience.
✔ Proven experience in residential towers/high-rise building projects.
✔ Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier and subcontractor market.
✔ Excellent negotiation, commercial, and coordination skills.
✔ Valid UAE Driving License.
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference.
