该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: -Responsible for procurement work for CAPEX including the entire process from receiving requirements to price comparison, negotiation, and supplier selection, ensuring stable supply and cost optimization.

• Capable of developing and integrating suppliers; source qualified suppliers, conduct price negotiations, and ensure reasonable procurement costs.
• Lead contracts negotiation with suppliers, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, after-sale services to ensure favorable commercial terms and minimize procurement risks. -Optimize various media mix plans based on the company's annual budget, analyze and optimize procurement plans against target goals, evaluate plan feasibility to ensure delivery effectiveness, and monitor the implementation of procurement projects.
• Responsible for supplier resource coordination, including resource development, communication, tendering and procurement, on-site implementation, and relationship maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with internal department (engineering, production, R&D etc.)

providing procurement support to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, and relevant regulations and maintain complete procurement records and documentation.
• Familiar with relevant procurement tools and improve procurement efficiency and transparency 任职资格: -Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Proven procurement experience in projects (with independent completion of procurement projects), and at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Data-sensitive, skilled in project management and cross-departmental communication; able to independently communicate with demand departments and complete the full procurement process.
• Excellent logical thinking, strong initiative, and result-oriented mindset
• Strong sense of accountability, detail-oriented, and with good professional ethics.
• Language: Mandarin; English
