關於本職位

• 解讀客戶規格，建立 CAD 模型及相關圖面與產品文件；操作設備並設計原型；設計並執行實驗；收集與評估測試結果；撰寫測試報告及其他技術文件。
• 需具備 Ultramic 產品的相關知識與實務經驗。

About the Role:

• Interpret customer specifications, produce CAD models and supporting drawings, product documentation, Use equipment and design prototypes, design and conduct experiments, design, gather and evaluate test results, produce test reports and other documentation.
• Knowledge and experience with Ultramic products are required.

• 與內外部客戶進行溝通協作。
• 與美國總部設計團隊及本地業務團隊協同合作。
• 能解決中等複雜度的問題；面對高難度問題時，仍可能需要上級的指導與支援。
• 能將概念轉化為具體的設計與行動方案。
• 技術成果通常須經美國總部設計團隊審核及核准。
• 為已完成的工作準備詳細規格文件。
• 具備精實產品開發（Lean Product Development）工具與方法的基本認識。
• 對所支援的業務或職能領域有深入理解。

Functional Contribution:

• Focuses on improving existing products or processes that impact technical area
• Interacts with internal and external customers
• Works with headquarter design team and local sales team
• Ability to solve moderately complex problems, but may still require instruction and guidance on complex problems
• Able to translate concepts into designs and actions
• Technical work product is generally subject to review and approval by US headquarter design team
• Prepares detailed specifications for work that is completed
• Basic understanding of lean product development tools and methods
• Has a thorough understanding of the business or function being supported

職位要求

產品與製程文件

• 能讀懂並解讀中等複雜度產品之客戶規格與圖面。
• 能獨立使用適當的設計規格與權衡曲線，建立及修改複雜的產品與製程設計。
• 依據客戶需求，為新零件與組件準備 CAD 模型及工程圖面。
• 支援知識的擷取與再利用，例如權衡曲線等工具。
• 視需要開發及更新法規與品質合規文件。

Skills, Abilities and Mastery:

Product & Process Documentation:

• Read and interpret customer specifications and drawings for moderately complex products
• Work independently to create and modify complex product and process designs using appropriate design specifications and trade-off curves
• Prepare CAD models and drawings for new parts and assemblies based on customer needs
• Support the capture and reuse of knowledge such as trade-off curves
• Develop and update regulatory and quality compliance documentation as needed

測試與評估

• 依據既定程序與標準，執行產品與製程的測試、檢驗及其他評估工作，並能建立相關程序與標準。
• 使用適當軟體建立並撰寫應用程式。
• 執行量產線及現場產品的失效分析。
• 協助解決新產品在製造可行性方面的問題，與生產線及製造工程團隊密切合作。
• 能獨立撰寫測試報告。
• 參與新製造製程的開發工作。

Testing and Evaluation:

• Perform tests, inspections, and other evaluations of products and processes based on defined procedures and standards and create procedures and standards for these activities
• Create and program applications using appropriate software
• Perform failure analyses of production line and field products
• Contribute to resolution of manufacturability issues with production floor and Manufacturing Engineering for new products
• Work independently to create test reports
• Contribute to development of new manufacturing processes

行政事務

• 執行品質調查，並提供問題改善建議。

Administrative Activities:

• Perform quality investigations and provide recommendations to address issues

學歷、經歷與證照要求

• 學士學位及相關工作經驗，或具備同等資歷（4–6 年）。

Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and related experience, or equivalent experience (4-6 years)
