高级产品开发工程师Sr. Product Development Engineer-快插接头QC

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 组件设计 1、塑料部件及快插接头等快速连接系统的新品开发与设计，综合考虑材料选择、经济性、功能性以及生产相关要求； 2、确定所需项目工作的范围（执行/启动公差分析、有限元分析、模流分析、CFD研究、3D概念样件制作等），并负责其验证与放行； 3、在CAD环境中执行公差计算及功能测试（运动学仿真）； 4、承担项目团队中核心工程CAD角色的职责，包括风险分析及部件或部件组的技术放行； 5、在PLM系统中创建并管理图纸； 6、推动结构性标准的建立，如设计元素、图纸模板等，并在PLM系统中进行管理/放行，同时发布相应标准，供TI全球在各产品变型中针对相应客户应用统一使用； 7、为本地及国际TI团队提供构造方面的技术支持； 8、开发/编写自定义程序脚本，例如使用Python等进行公差分析。 其他工作 1、设计并绘制部件支架、实验室测试工装等图纸； 2、监督新开发注塑部件的样件制作及测试阶段，必要时确定设计修改方案； 3、准备实验室申请单，以验证所选设计方案的可行性； 4、协调内外部设计及仿真技术服务商； 5、基于尺寸报告、实验室报告等进行部件评估； 6、管理和维护3D打印机及光学3D扫描设备； 7、执行光学3D扫描，并制作及评估相关测量报告。 任职要求： 1、机械工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、至少4年塑料部件开发与设计工作经验，具有快插接头经验； 3、精通CAD/CREO； 4、熟悉结构分析方法，如有限元法、手算（力、力矩）、公差分析等； 5、良好的英语听说读写能力； 6、具备Python等编程能力。 Component design:

• New development and design of plastic components/quick-connector systems, considering choice of material, economics and functional as well as production-related aspects
• Scope definition of required project work (execution/initiation of e.g. tolerance analysis, FEA, mold flow analysis, CFD study, 3D concept sample creation, etc.) and their verification/release
• Execution of tolerance calculations and functionality tests within CAD (kinematic simulation)
• Responsibility for the Core Engineering CAD role in the project team incl. Risk analysis & the technical release of the components or the component group
• Creation and management of drawings in the PLM system
• Initiation of constructive standards such as design elements, drawing templates, etc. including their management/release in the PLM system and corresponding release, for the TI global use of the standards in the corresponding product variants for the respective customer application.
• Technical support of local and international TI teams regarding constructive topics
• Development / programing of own program routines, e.g. for tolerance analysis in phyton or similar Other activities:
• Design and drawing creation of component holders, laboratory test fixtures, etc.
• Supervision of the prototype construction and testing phase of the newly developed injection moulding components and, if necessary, definition of necessary design modifications.
• Preparation of laboratory orders to validate the selected design approaches
• Coordination of technical service providers for design & simulation (internal and external)
• Component evaluation based on dimensional reports, laboratory reports, etc.
• Administration & maintenance of the 3D printer and the optical 3D scan unit
• Execution of optical 3D scans and creation and evaluation of the associated measurement reports. Required skills
• University of Applied Sciences degree with at least a diploma/master's degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the development and design of plastic components, preferably in quick-connector systems.
• In-depth CAD/CREO knowledge
• Knowledge of structural analysis methods how Finite element method, manual calculations (forces, moments), tolerance analysis, etc.
• Good English language skills
• Programming skills Python, etc.
