Sr Product Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of complex data-centric products. This individual will play a key role in large-scale modernization initiatives, helping connect data across multiple systems, improve business processes, and deliver solutions that support critical operational, investigative, and analytical functions. Candidates with experience leveraging Generative AI tools and an understanding of graph-based technologies are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for multiple products and initiatives.
• Lead modernization efforts focused on improving data accessibility, intelligence, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, data flows, and system dependencies.
• Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business teams to identify pain points and define solutions.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and customer expectations.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Conduct research, experiments, and discovery activities to validate assumptions and uncover additional user value.
• Create product requirements, business cases, and strategic documentation to support product development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Kiro, or similar technologies to improve productivity, analysis, and solution design.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex products or platforms.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to connect insights across multiple systems and datasets.
• Experience building product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working with data-intensive applications, platforms, or ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Financial Services, Regulatory Technology, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Investigations, or Surveillance environments.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms, transaction data, or regulatory reporting systems.
• Familiarity with Graph Technology, Graph Databases, Knowledge Graphs, or relationship-mapping solutions.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI tools in product management workflows.
• Background supporting modernization, data transformation, or enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
