Sr. Product Manager - Payment Processing

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager - Payment Processing to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

In this role, you will shape payment processing products that support banking-related solutions within the real estate sector. You will translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps, align stakeholders on priorities, and partner closely with delivery teams to launch customer-focused enhancements. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, a sharp focus on customer experience, and the ability to drive product vision from concept through execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $129,300 – $172,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a customer-focused, product-led design culture
• Align stakeholders on product priorities
• Drive vision and delivery of product features for growth
• Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with delivery teams for timely and efficient product launches
• Define comprehensive customer experience requirements
• Conduct customer feedback sessions for product enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in product or service development
• 3+ years in Agile product management
• Experience working with strategic partners
• Knowledge of product management tools like Atlassian, Miro, and Productboard
• Expertise in money-movement orchestration and payment systems
• Proven leadership and communication skills across all management levels
