Sr Product Manager, Recurrence

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager, Recurrence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape the product experience for patients, providers, and internal teams across a complex testing journey. You will lead strategic improvements that reduce friction, strengthen engagement, and create a more seamless ordering and scheduling experience.

The position partners closely with commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-impact product enhancements. It also requires strong product judgment, clear success metrics, and disciplined execution from discovery through launch.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,600 – $188,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy to enhance patient engagement in testing
• Simplify ordering and scheduling workflows to reduce user friction
• Improve experiences across provider portals, EHR systems, and patient portals
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, clinical, and engineering teams
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and define success metrics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital product management; healthcare, biotech, or life sciences experience preferred
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
• Strong product and UX judgment for high-impact improvements
• Familiarity with AI tools and a technology-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Flexible and agile, with the ability to tackle challenges strategically
