What they need
Description Amazon's Disability, Leave & Services (DLS) Product & Technology organization is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Technical to join the team that owns the end-to-end Employee Experience, spanning the employee, the Site HR partner, and the manager, along with the communications that tie them together. Leaves are among the highest-empathy moments in an employee's career. Today that experience is fragmented across systems, teams, and channels; you will join the team that will make it feel like one seamless, trustworthy, and deeply human experience for millions of Amazonians and their families, no matter who you are or how you engage.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
