Sr Product Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist - Customer Success to manage client relationships, drive onboarding and engagement, and help institutions get maximum value from the Digii platform. This is a client-facing, on-ground role involving training, support, relationship management, and travel to client campuses and offices.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Enablement

• Lead the onboarding and enablement process for assigned clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience.

• Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and workshops tailored to each client s business needs - including on-site sessions at client campuses and offices as required.

• Proactively monitor adoption metrics and recommend strategies to improve usage and value realisation.

  Customer Success Relationship Management

• Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to become their go-to advisor on platform use.

• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions - both remote and in person - to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction, adoption, and retention.

  Client Advocacy Feedback Management

• Act as the Voice of the Client within Digii, bringing forward actionable feedback and business use cases.

• Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on client insights.

• Document evolving client needs and platform gaps to ensure continuous improvement.

  Technical Enablement Coordination

• Liaise between the client and internal teams (engineering, product, and support) to resolve technical issues or challenges.

• Stay up to date with Digii s platform features and capabilities to deliver best-in-class support and guidance.

• Ensure smooth, timely resolution of client concerns to minimise work disruption.

  Travel On-Site Engagement

• Travel extensively to client campuses and offices to support onboarding, training, escalations, and strategic reviews.

• Adapt to varying trip durations, from single-day visits to multi-week on-site deployments, based on business and project requirements.

• Represent Digii professionally in all on-site interactions, serving as the face of the company to client stakeholders.

  Key Requirements

• Fresher or 1 year of experience in a related field.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

• Ability to understand client KPIs and business goals.

• Proven track record of driving strategic value and ROI for enterprise customers.

• Experience in process implementation and cross-team communication.

• A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Passion for working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Willingness and readiness to travel extensively, including short-notice and extended-duration trips, as dictated by client and business needs.
