JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan, organize and control production to meet department objectives with good productivity, quality and utilization.
- Control expense of own responsible area to meet department objective goal.
- Monitor and report any update of production activities to upper management.
- Supervise subordinate in compliance with company 's policy and regulations.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 7-12 years experience in production supervisor.
- Good command in English both writing and speaking.
- Strong leadership and analytical ability.
