Sr Professional Services / Technical Implementation - Insurance & AI

About the role

Lead the implementation and deployment of our AI-powered insurance product for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing, technically hands-on role: you will understand each clients business and technical needs, configure the product, manage integrations and rollouts, and work with Product, Engineering, QA and DevOps to deliver successful go-lives.

What you will do

• Lead implementations. Own the full implementation and deployment of our insurance product for enterprise clients, from kickoff to go-live.
• Understand the client. Work directly with client teams to learn their business processes, technical landscape, integration needs and goals.
• Turn needs into solutions. Translate requirements into practical product configurations and technical designs.
• Configure the product. Set up workflows, business rules, AI capabilities and integrations around each clients use cases.
• Handle integrations. Work with client technical teams on APIs, authentication, data flows and deployment requirements.
• Resolve issues. Troubleshoot application, integration, configuration and deployment problems and see them through to closure.
• Partner internally. Work with Engineering and Product to close product gaps and clear implementation roadblocks.
• Carry through to production. Support UAT, production release, go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
• Engage clients. Run technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, demos and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Own delivery. Be accountable for timelines, technical risks, dependencies and commitments.
• Build the team. Mentor implementation engineers and establish reusable implementation practices.

What you will bring

• Core engineering: hands-on Python, REST APIs, JSON and PostgreSQL.
• Cloud and delivery: Microsoft Azure, cloud deployments, CI/CD, Git, Docker, and Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Architecture and operations: understanding of application architecture, integrations, logging, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• GenAI knowledge: LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, AI agents and AI-powered document processing.
• AI platforms: exposure to Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, Anthropic Claude or similar.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.

Experience we are looking for

• 6-10 years in professional services, technical implementation, solution engineering, technical consulting or enterprise software delivery.
• Client delivery: experience implementing enterprise products for external clients.
• People skills: strong stakeholder management and the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Problem solving: strong troubleshooting and technical analysis.
• Nice to have: insurance domain experience.
