Sr. Program Analyst (Strategy Specialist/Engagement Experience)

Summary Job Summary The Associate Engagement Analyst handles supporting organizational strategic systems, initiatives, and projects with a focus on evaluation, design, optimization, and department analytics. This position serves as a technical and analytical expert within the Engagement & Associate Experience team—developing data-informed insights, building dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategies, workforce planning, and cultural development.

Minimum Job Requirements Work Experience: Three years of experience in data analytics, organizational strategy, and program development are required .

License/Registration/Certification None.

Education And Training Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
