- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues during the program lifecycle.
- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting and status updates.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in program management or a related field (e.g., PMO).
- Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Proven track record in managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and resources.
- Certification in Program Management (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
