DESCRIPTION

At Amazon, we are working to be the most Customer-centric company on earth. One customer experience we are constantly looking to take to the next level is how we fulfill and deliver orders. We are doing so by building a world-class last mile operation that exceeds the expectations of our customers by ensuring their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.

Amazon Hub Delivery enables local small businesses to partner with Amazon and provide flexible, cost-effective delivery service that delights customers globally. As an emerging Amazon Logistics delivery channel, Hub Delivery is on an exponential growth trajectory worldwide.

Hub Delivery is looking for a Change Management Sr. Program Manager to run the day-to-day governance operation through which all operational, technology, and policy changes impacting Hub Delivery partners and delivery associates are assessed, approved, and deployed across 7+ countries. You will partner with cross-functional leaders across operations, product, network planning, quality, finance, risk, and regional teams to ensure changes are visible, sequenced, and governed consistently worldwide. This role also requires strong collaboration with Communications, Learning & Development, and worldwide delivery program Change Management teams to align processes and enablement programming across delivery channels.

Route stakeholder approvals through senior leadership gates, track alignment, and escalate when timelines are at risk

Partner with Communications and Learning & Development teams to coordinate partner-facing messaging, training, and enablement for each change
