Sr. Project Architect

The Sr. Project Architect  will be responsible in overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents (plans), and specifications of Antel Group projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop project from early concept through design development
• End to end project management of MRBs/Commercial Development/Master planning
• Inspect project on Site to ensure that architectural aspect are being implemented properly
• Timeline: Prepares, implement and monitor revisions and other related items that will affect the project's timeline/schedule and budget

MUST HAVE:

• Licensed Architect
• At least 3-5 years working experience in related field
• With excellent management skills
• Has handled projects from pre-planning stage up to completion
• Mixed used development is an advantage
• With experience in implementing value engineering methodologies
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias, Cavite
