Sr. Project Architect (implementatiion)

About the Role

A Senior Implementation Architect bridges high-level technical design and hands-on project delivery, ensuring that enterprise solutions are successfully built, tested, and deployed according to business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery & Oversight: Guide end-to-end technical implementation, ensuring designs transition smoothly from blueprints and proofs-of-concept into sustainable production systems.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and software engineering teams to track progress, align technical goals, and remove roadblocks.
• Technical Governance: Define implementation standards, review architecture artifacts, and ensure adherence to security, scalability, and performance best practices.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and integration bottlenecks early, driving effective mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Communication: Translate complex technical concepts for executive leadership and coordinate with third-party vendors or external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in IT, software development, or systems integration, with a strong track record of leading complex technical implementations.

Required Skills

• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and agile delivery leadership abilities.
