Sr Project Coordinator

• Lead coordination and governance across digital transformation, data, analytics, and AI-focused initiatives spanning multiple teams and workstreams.
• Own and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and governance trackers.
• Drive regular stakeholder communication, status reporting, issue follow-up, and escalation management.
• Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and alignment across project stakeholders through structured coordination and governance routines.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies, and work with project managers and team leads on mitigation plans.
• Manage project governance artifacts and documentation, change requests, approvals, sign-offs, root cause analyses, and closure documentation.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution tracking in Jira, including sprint coordination, backlog management, task progress monitoring, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date status visibility across all workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving business, technical, QA, and design teams to ensure delivery readiness and execution continuity.
• Support and coordinate UAT planning, release readiness, deployment activities, and post-release follow-up.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, utilization reports, governance updates, presentations, and status summaries for senior leadership.
• Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality expectations, documentation standards, and governance requirements.
• Mentor junior coordinators and contribute to improving project coordination standards, templates, and working practices.
