About the role

Project Coordinator for retail projects, responsible for coordinating project planning, execution, and delivery across all stakeholders.

Job Description

• Coordinate project preparation, execution, and completion for retail fit-out projects.

• Prepare and update project control documents.

• Create & review construction details, shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQ quantities.

• Coordinate with Purchasing and vendors regarding PO preparation, material procurement, and delivery.

• Review and ensure completeness of project and handover documentation.

• Follow up on project issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth project execution and completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail, interior fit-out, or construction projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, BOQ, materials, and project execution.

• Experienced in coordinating multiple departments, vendors, and clients.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of responsibilities.

• Good English communication skills are an advantage.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to learn and grow professionally.
