1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Sr. Site Engineer – Civil* to manage and supervise civil maintenance, structural repair, rehabilitation, and waterproofing projects across PAN India especially The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, manpower management, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

2. Key Responsibilities

*Site Execution & Project Management*

* Plan, execute, and supervise civil maintenance and repair activities as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and work schedules.

* Handle structural repairs, concrete rehabilitation, waterproofing, grouting, protective coatings, and other civil repair works.

* Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

* Identify site issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.

*Planning & Coordination*

* Prepare daily and weekly work plans and monitor project progress against targets.

* Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

* Ensure the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower at the site.

* Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.

*Quality & Safety*

* Ensure work is executed according to approved specifications and quality standards.

* Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality checks.

* Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.

* Identify risks, delays, and quality issues and take corrective action.

*Manpower & Resource Management*

* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and workers.

* Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.

* Track material consumption, minimize wastage, and support cost control.

* Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines.

*Billing & Documentation*

* Verify site measurements, quantities, and work completion records.

* Assist in preparing client bills, subcontractor bills, BOQs, and material reconciliation.

* Maintain accurate records of site activities and project-related expenses.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong technical knowledge of civil maintenance and repair projects.

* Experience in structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, concrete repair, and related civil works.

* Excellent site supervision, planning, and execution skills.

* Ability to manage manpower, contractors, and multiple site activities.

* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ, and project documentation will be an advantage.

* Willingness to travel and work at project sites across PAN India.

4. Eligibility Criteria

* B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, maintenance, repair, or rehabilitation projects.

* Candidates with hands-on experience in structural repair and waterproofing projects and hands on experience working in Jetty's will be preferred.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.
