Sr. Project Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Energy & Utilities environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage solar energy projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Analyze project specifications and financials to optimize performance
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Monitor regulatory compliance and sustainability practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the solar energy industry
• Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of renewable energy regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
