Sr. Project Facility Engineer

Job Req ID: 28850 Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and maintenance of facility equipment.
• Execute and support facility-related projects.
• Plan and establish facility systems, including overseeing engineering works, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance.
• Review and plan facility requirements from user departments, prepare construction specifications and cost estimates, and oversee project execution, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Monitor, record, and analyze facility system performance data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and annual overhauls of utility systems.
• 24/7 Troubleshoot utility system issues, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain equipment maintenance records.
• Develop and implement SOPs for utility systems, and perform equipment and instrument calibration.
• Prepare and validate system documentation for HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and central monitoring systems.
• Support building safety compliance, including fire safety inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Familiar with water, electricity, air conditioning and other factory facilities
• Factory construction project management and maintenance and operation. experience
• Cost analysis capabilities
• Communication and coordination skills
• Bachelor's or master’s in electrical and electronic maintenance, electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility systems management.
• Proficiency in Tools: Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

License

• Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel(乙級職業安全衛生管理員)
• or class-1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs(甲種勞工安全衛生業務主管)
• Better:Firefighting management personnel(防火管理員)
