About the role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful installation and delivery of SIG & COM systems, contributing to the development of safe and efficient mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, quality assurance, and subcontractors), oversee installation activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare installation work by organizing the 4M checklist, ensuring material availability, and verifying design documents and tools
• Supervise SIG & COM installation workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and setting priorities
• Ensure execution of SIG & COM installations on-site and onboard, adhering to method statements and installation procedures
• Coordinate with the PrYM, reporting field activities progress and addressing issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and quality standards during installation activities
• Support the handover process to the SIG & COM T&C team and the customer
• Identify and verify contract requirements for equipment and cableway installations
• Manage day-to-day activities of SIG & COM subcontractors and foster effective collaboration

About you

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in Signaling & Communication systems installation and project management
• Knowledge in GSM -R System
• Knowledge of EHS standards and quality assurance processes
• Familiarity with installation design coordination and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams
