Sr. Project Leader / Project Manager (Info. Security)

We are looking for a specialist Cyber Security Pre-Sales Engineer with 10 – 12 Years of experience in cybersecurity technologies and customer facing engagements. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise and business requirements by designing security solutions, conducting product demonstrations, enabling partnership, supporting RFP / RFIs and enabling sales teams to achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer security requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, workshops & proof of concepts.
• Design & develop solution architectures covering :- Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Identify & Access Management (IAM), Security Operations (SOC / SIEM), Data Security & DLP, Sero Trust Architecture, SSE / SASE.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires & technical compliance requirements.
• Prepare solution proposals, sizing documents, Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of work (SOW).
• Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Security Architects & Enterprise Architects.
• Support customer PoCs and provide technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Conduct competitive analysis & positioning against industry vendors.
• Collaborate with product management, technical support & professional services teams.
• Stay updates on emerging threats, security trends, regulatory requirements & cybersecurity frameworks.

Skills Required:

• Network Security (Firewall, IPS, WAF)
• Endpoint Security (EDR / XDR), SIEM & SOC Operations, Cloud Security ( AWS, Azure, GCP, DLP, ZTNA, (IAM/PAM)
• VAPT, Email Security, Threat Intelligence

Certification if any :
CISM, CEH, CCNA Security, etc.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. (IT) / B.Sc. (IT) / M.SC (IT) / BCA / MCA
