Position Overview

We are looking for a strategic Sr. Project Manager - Continuous Improvement & AI Transformation to lead initiatives that drive operational performance through process optimization, automation, data analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

You will manage the entire lifecycle of strategic initiatives—from opportunity identification and business case development through solution design, AI deployment, change adoption, benefits realization, and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate combines strong project and program management expertise with a continuous improvement mindset and hands-on experience implementing AI-enabled solutions in enterprise environments.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience implementing and managing projects involving AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, analytics, and digital transformation.
• Work Setup & Schedule: Fully amenable to working 100% onsite in Pasig on a night-shift schedule (Canada time).

Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management

• Lead multiple transformation, continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and success measures.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance structures, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide clear recommendations and escalation paths to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involving business operations, technology, data, AI/ML, information security, compliance, and external vendors.

Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation

• Identify opportunities to improve processes using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Conduct current-state assessments and facilitate the design of future-state processes.
• Establish baselines and quantify improvement opportunities related to productivity, cycle time, cost, quality, capacity, and customer experience.
• Challenge existing workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, elimination, automation, and AI augmentation.
• Build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, implementation effort, risk, and strategic alignment.

AI & Intelligent Automation Deployment

• Lead the business-side implementation of Generative AI, AI copilots/assistants, intelligent automation, predictive solutions, and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
• Translate business problems and process pain points into clear AI or automation use cases.
• Partner with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, developers, and business subject matter experts (SMEs) through solution design, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Coordinate pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs), including use case selection, success criteria, user testing, feedback collection, and readiness assessments.
• Establish clear metrics for AI effectiveness (adoption, accuracy, productivity gains, quality improvement, time savings, cost avoidance, and ROI).
• Support responsible AI deployment by ensuring data privacy, security, governance, and human oversight.

Change Management & Adoption

• Assess the impact of new processes, automation, and AI solutions on employees, roles, workflows, and operating models.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and reinforcement plans.
• Partner with business leaders and frontline users to promote adoption, address resistance, and gather continuous feedback.

Benefits Realization & Performance Management

• Establish project KPIs, operational baselines, and measurable target outcomes prior to implementation.
• Track benefits including hours saved, productivity improvements, cost reductions, quality enhancements, and cycle-time reductions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to validate project outcomes and maintain a robust pipeline of continuous improvement and AI opportunities.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience involving operational transformation, technology implementation, automation, or continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects involving both business and technology teams.
• Strong practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, process mapping, and root cause analysis).
• Experience implementing or managing projects involving AI, Generative AI, intelligent automation, machine learning, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with enterprise AI solutions and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI-based solutions, or Power Platform.
• Experience with process mining, workflow automation, RPA, or business process management tools.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI governance, data privacy, and security principles.
• Background working in consulting, shared services, BPO, financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php140,000.00 - Php166,000.00 per month
