Sr Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will guide complex project delivery for retail financial services environments, with a strong focus on renovations, new builds, and infrastructure upgrades. You will partner with designers, architects, and other cross-functional stakeholders to keep work aligned with scope, budget, schedule, and compliance requirements. The position also plays a key role in managing risk, maintaining quality, and supporting safe execution across every phase of the project lifecycle.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $128,590 – $201,740 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of retail financial services projects
• Manage renovations, new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including designers and architects
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and regulatory standards
• Implement budget management and cost control strategies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Maintain quality assurance and safety management protocols

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• PMP certification preferred
• LEED AP certification advantageous
• 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• 5+ years of experience in financial services or retail banking projects
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $1M-$25M+
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, including ADA, National Codes, and federal regulations
