Sr. Project Manager - Interiors

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Sr. Project Manager , specializing in corporate interiors and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering high-quality work on time and within budget. You will support all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily project operations to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain efficient project workflows.
• Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid to maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Interpret architectural drawings, MEP plans, and finish schedules to support effective execution and field communication.
• Monitor construction progress, perform site visits
• Procurement efforts including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material tracking.
• Project closeout processes including punch lists, warranties, and client handoff documentation.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction or corporate interiors
• Familiarity with tenant improvement (TI), open office renovations, and high-end interior build-outs.
• Proficient in construction management tools including Bluebeam, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid , or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse project stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
