Salary: ₹1,00,000+ per month

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, planning, and delivery.
• Supervise project teams, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site staff.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and work quality.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and scheduled deadlines.
• Handle client coordination, project reviews, and management reporting.
• Monitor material procurement, contractor billing, measurements, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and applicable regulations.
• Identify project risks, resolve site-level issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management regarding project progress, expenses, and overall performance.
• For PM-level candidates, oversee multiple projects, team performance, and overall operational efficiency.

• Proven experience independently handling major projects.
• Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Candidates with large-project or multi-project management experience will be preferred.
