Sr. Project Manager - SAP Finance

Contract Inver Grove Heights, MN (Hybrid) Job Description We are in need of a person to lead the efforts specifically for Indirect Tax and Vistex transformation in the FTM workstream and in a corresponding data cleanse effort of patron equity accounts. Indirect Tax and Vistex is a core and critical portion of CHS operations as it supports the patron equity model that our co-op is built upon. This role requires someone who has a high capability in core project management methodology, highly collaborative, confident, independently drives work, and who understands business transformation and OCM as an integral part of technology implementation. Strong, proactive communicator across a matrixed organization.

Experience

• Experience in ERP (SAP S/4 Preferred) workstream planning
• Experience in Indirect Tax and/or Vistex.
• Direct experience managing multiple vendor relationships and internal stakeholder groups
• Experience with agile methodology
• Setting up sprints and resource skills needed to execute against the plan.
• Experience identifying business transformation and organizational change management impacts.
